Smombie Labs is not the seller of marketplace items unless explicitly stated.

Transactions occur directly between users.

4. Payments

By using marketplace features:

• You agree to comply with Stripe's terms and policies
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers
• Smombie Labs does not store full payment card details

Marketplace payments, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping issues, and transaction disputes may involve third-party payment processors or require direct resolution between users.

• Other user-generated content

You retain ownership of your content, however by uploading content you grant The Video Shop a non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute that content within the service.

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Offensive or abusive content
• Fraudulent listings
• Malware or harmful files

Smombie Labs reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts at its discretion.

6. Account Deletion

Users may request or perform account deletion through available account settings.

Deleted accounts may result in removal or anonymization of user content.
